The second Day at Washington DC

The second day or my last day in the Washington DC is as excited as my first day. I could not wait to run the agenda that has been arranged by the committee. I know it is not enough to explore Washington DC by two days, but somehow I felt happy to enjoy some part of excitement in Washington DC. In my second day we visit Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, and White House.

Washington monument was very beautiful tower. The obelisk had a pyramid on the top, it just likes our monument in Indonesia, and we called it Monas. It has escalator inside so we can look the panorama from the top oaf the obelisk. The next building we could find was the First World War Memorial. There was a fountain in the center of monument it was a beautiful place to take a picture. Not too far from that place there was building, it called Lincoln memorial. The place was built to give respect for the 16th President of the United States. It has a big statue of Abraham Lincoln inside the building.

The next place to visit is The White House. It is the official residence and principal workplace of the President of the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot enter that building because we don’t have access. In spite of being desperate, we decided to take picture around the White House. We got a lot of pictures over there.

In summary, the excursion in Washington DC was completely interesting. I hope someday I can come back there again for visiting another interesting place.
